Is this your first purchase on Coinhouse and you don’t know what to do? It’s so easy! Just click on « Buy » and choose between these three payment methods: Credit card, Bank transfer, Euro account.

Coinhouse now offers you the possibility of downloading your transaction history from your personal space. This transaction history will make it easier for you to file your tax returns. Once you’ve logged in to your Coinhouse account, simply :

1. Go to the « Your transactions » tab.
2. Then click on « Export ».
3. You have two choices:
   • If you wish to export all transactions carried out since the creation of your account, you must select « Export all completed transactions » and then click « Next ».
   • If you wish to apply filters such as period, crypto-asset or transaction type, you must select « Customize export by date, type and crypto-asset », then click « Next ». → You will then have access to the tab that allows you to apply the desired filters.
4. Once you’ve selected the filters you want, click on « Export filtered list ».
5. The following page will appear, after which you should click on « Done ».

• Only credit cards bearing your first and last name are accepted.
• Bank cards must be personal for personal accounts.
• Corporate bank cards must not be used for individual accounts.
• Virtual cards are not accepted.
• Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Violating any of these conditions may restrict your account from using credit cards as a means of payment.
