How can I increase my buy or sell limits?

Your buying and selling limits vary according to your account level, so in theory there is no fixed limit, since you have the option of increasing your limits by providing the corresponding supporting documents.

How do I trade crypto-assets on Coinhouse?

The swap allows you to instantly change your exposure from one crypto to another at a lower cost than a traditional buy-and-sell operation.

To do this, you would need to use digital assets whose values are backed by those of fiat currencies, known as stablecoins.

How do I add or remove a credit card?

In accordance with our GCUeach customer is entitled to only two credit cards active at the same timeThe following rules apply to the use of credit cards:

Only credit cards bearing your first and last name are accepted.
Bank cards must be personal for personal accounts.
Corporate bank cards must not be used for individual accounts.
Virtual cards are not accepted.
Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Violating any of these conditions may restrict your account from using credit cards as a means of payment.
